ARK Appraisal Group, LLC, is a full service, residential appraisal company with two Residential Certified appraisers, and a staff of management, research, data entry, and data retention specialists who love what they do.
Not only does OUR staff love research, but everyone at ARK Appraisal is friendly, excellent at their part of the process, and has a sincere respect for the timeliness in which every appraisal is needed.
ARK Appraisal strives for excellence in every assignment they undertake. One of the great joys we experience is making the puzzle that is a real estate transaction come together efficiently, accurately, and meeting the deadlines required by buyer, seller, realtors, and lenders that enable a smooth transition of ownership.
Even though we are not engaged in the part of the real estate industry that works directly with buyers and sellers, we all enjoy the challenges involved in assuring compliance with the financing programs available from both the lenders and the government as well as searching out comparable sales for the unique properties we have the privilege to appraise.
In other words, ARK Appraisal Group is a small, local business doing what we love while serving the local area with honest, true market values. In order to accomplish that goal, we have come up with our own version of the Golden Rule:

Jessica is a Bootheel of Missouri girl, through and through, growing up here and graduating from Southeast Missouri State University. She loves her small, rural community for its close-knit atmosphere and family environment. That said, she loves to travel, and has a goal to visit every state in the US!
Martha Koeller
Business Manager
Martha is our business manager, and is the fuel that keeps our office running! She loves helping to bring all the parts and pieces of real estate transactions together for clients, so that the process goes smoothly, fairly and quickly. She especially enjoys the contractual parts of the transaction and is motivated by helping people achieve the American Dream: owning their own home. Bob Wise
Data Storage Specialist
Bob loves his job. He loves seeing all the houses and floor plans. And he loves being organized. His teammates describe him as the person in the office who will get the job done!
Originally from Fulton, Bob attended college at Columbia College and Lincoln University. He moved to Southeast Missouri to be close to his sister; she was adopted, and they met when Bob was 57 – a wonderful gift! (She also works at Ark Appraisal!)
